The pool area is nice and has a good vibe, especially with the tiki bar. The room felt outdated, and there were cleanliness issues. Convenient for getting to cruise ports with easy shuttle access. A bit noisy due to rolling luggage on the cobblestone paths.

The pool area was fantastic with a fun vibe, perfect for relaxing before our cruise. The room needed updates and had some cleanliness issues. Enjoyed the proximity to water sport facilities nearby. Staff was friendly and accommodating but the dining options were overpriced and underwhelming.

This hotel is perfectly situated right near the cruise port and just a short drive or a relaxing walk to the beach and Kennedy Space Center making it super convenient for both first-time visitors and seasoned travelers wanting to explore the area and there are plenty of dining options just a few steps away like Thai Thai III Restaurant & Sushi and Preacher Bar along with fun activities nearby such as Golf N Gator and Cocoa Beach Pier which can fill your weekend with adventure but the hotel could really use some updates especially in the cleanliness department.

The bed was uncomfortable and the room felt dated, with a ceiling that showed clear signs of neglect. There were no vents in the bathroom, leading to a stuffy atmosphere. Noise was a significant issue; rolling luggage from early morning departures echoed down the hall, disrupting sleep. While the pool area was beautiful, it was overcrowded, making it hard to find seating. cleanliness left much to be desired, with overflowing trash cans and debris around the pool. Customer service was lacking after check-in, with minimal attention to ongoing maintenance and guest needs.

The staff at Radisson Resort At the Port exceeded my expectations with their kindness and professionalism, making me feel warmly welcomed. The pool and hot tub were impeccably maintained, providing a serene escape, while the beautiful gardens offered a calming environment perfect for relaxation.

The location was perfect for cruising, and the shuttle service was a great convenience. Beds were incredibly comfortable, but the pool area desperately needs better lounge chairs—most were broken or uncomfortable. The atmosphere was less than ideal, with drunken guests making it unfamily-friendly. Unfortunately, the staff seemed indifferent, and communication about parking fees and shuttle arrangements fell short. When we arrived in the rain, unloading was a hassle. Despite its clean rooms and nice surroundings, the overall experience left us looking for alternatives next time.

The pool area is stunning and has a DJ mixing great tunes. The shuttle service is fantastic and easy to use, plus the rocket launch was an epic surprise.
The rooms need serious soundproofing.

Coming off our cruise was a mess. We finally found our room, only to discover it was dirty. The pool was gross with debris everywhere, and the staff was unhelpful. It felt unsafe, especially with kids. Totally disappointing experience.

Excellent accommodations, excellent service with incredibly friendly staff who went above and beyond to assist us during a challenging time, and the breakfast and dining area exceeded our expectations in both food quality and presentation.
Perfect experience.

Impressive experience. The bedding was exceptional—slept like a rock. The cleanliness throughout the property was commendable, and bottled water was a nice touch. The TV service and outdoor areas enhanced our stay. Proximity to the cruise port was ideal. some aspects require attention. Service was inconsistent, particularly regarding shuttle arrangements—seemed poorly managed. The pool area felt more like a nightclub, not conducive for families. Our room had cleanliness issues, including mold and maintenance concerns. Frustratingly, room service was unavailable despite advertising. Staff interactions varied; some were spectacular, while others missed the mark. With improvements, this could be a standout choice. There’s potential, but the execution needs focus.

The staff treated us like family. Shuttle service to the port was smooth and convenient.
It wasn't the cheapest option, but worth it.

The pool was the heart of our stay, with a DJ that brought the vibe alive! Our spacious room had a perfect layout for the family, keeping the kitchenette separate. The shuttle service was seamless, making our cruise prep effortless!
Can't recommend highly enough! 😊❤️

Sipping frozen drinks by the Tiki Bar was a blast with the swaying palms and lively music. The American fare at Flamingo's while overlooking the pool was lovely. Strolling Cocoa Beach at sunset was a highlight!
Cleaning crew must have been taking a day off when I found surprise tub water and sink hair.

I was excited to stay at Radisson because of its prime location for exploring Cape Canaveral. To my surprise, the dedicated team at the hotel pleasantly surprised me with their willingness to help create customized banquet menus. , the option to order a pizza and a Starbucks coffee, as well as feed the sharks in the 5,600-gallon aquarium, added to the unique experience.
Check-in lacked details on housekeeping appointment.

When we first arrived at the Radisson, the ironing facilities in our room were quite handy as we needed to freshen up our clothes after traveling. The heating worked well, keeping us warm during the chilly evenings. the air conditioning was a bit inconsistent, making the room either too cold or too stuffy at times. I appreciated having tea and coffee facilities in the room for a quick pick, me, up. Unfortunately, there was no trouser press available, which would have been useful for keeping our clothes wrinkle, free. The lack of garden furniture was a bit disappointing as we would have liked to relax outside. room service was prompt and efficient, but the dry cleaning service was not available during our stay. Housekeeping did a good job overall, but I did notice some stains on the bed sheets which could have been cleaner. The bathroom, although well, appointed, had some cleanliness issues, particularly with the shower floor and toilet. The shuttle service to the cruise port was convenient, but it would have been helpful if it ran more frequently. The paid shuttle service option was a bit pricey, and it would have been nice to have pet amenities available for travelers with furry companions. In terms of staff, while some were helpful and accommodating, others were a bit rude, especially in regard to amenities available to guests who booked through certain platforms.

We learned to windsurf like pros and rode epic roller coasters at Universal Studios™. The stage at the hotel was 👌 for our late-night karaoke battles!
Could use a bit more lively nightlife for us young party animals! .

The food was tasty and the staff were super friendly. Our room was spacious, and we were close to some good restaurants and a gas station, which was handy for our needs.
We had a mix-up with additional charges and the front desk didn't handle it well. The breakfast wasn't included as promised, and we had issues with the billing process.

Just minutes from the beautiful beach and cruise lines at the port, our family enjoyed windsurfing and 3D movies.
My wife says that families with kids would appreciate a more frequent room cleaning service.

The hotel's location close to cruise ship ports was awesome, and the pool area was stunning! We had a blast hanging out there. The tiki food was delicious too, a real treat!
The rooms definitely need more attention and could use a renovation. It was frustrating to see adults dominating the hot tub, smoking, and feeding kids in the pool.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short distance from the cruise port. Our suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom. The TV had a wide range of channels for both adults and kids. The pool area was fantastic, especially for the kids. We enjoyed delicious cocktails and food. Despite the shabby appearance of the hotel's exterior, our room exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again.
Breakfast was overpriced and underwhelming.
